CustomerNearMe uses Supabase for authentication and backend data operations. Lead information and account-related records are stored in our server-side database environment and associated application storage, with access controlled by our technical and administrative safeguards.
We take reasonable steps intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encrypted data transport where supported, restricted access controls, least-privilege permissions, and monitoring of administrative access.
However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet or stored in cloud infrastructure. If a security incident materially affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the service.
If you ask us to delete account data or a business record you have submitted to the platform, we will process that request in accordance with the service workflow, available data retention rules, and any legal obligations that require us to keep records.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and in accordance with their own privacy practices and contractual obligations with us. Where a provider is used for a specific feature, we try to minimize data sharing to only the information required to fulfill that feature.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate data, export of the information you provided, deletion of personal information, or restriction of processing where allowed.
If you are using CustomerNearMe from a region with stronger privacy rules, you may also have the right to object to some processing or exercise rights related to consent, where applicable. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 7.
We may verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, especially when the request relates to account information, billing records, or saved lead data.
